The Dorchester Collection Code of Conduct sets out our key work practices, including our commitment to non-discrimination, diversity and equal opportunities. We measure our employee feedback continually through various measures including through Peakon: this tool identified equality as a strong engagement driver amongst Dorchester Collection employees, with the company ranked in the top 5% globally for employee engagement.

 Our commitment to uncompromising service and nurturing one-on-one relationships means that “by our people, for our guests” is at the heart of everything we do.
