Lesbian Visibility Week

This week we celebrate lesbians and show solidarity to all LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people in our community.

LGBTQ+ women are often some of the most marginalised in society. Research has evidenced that gay women are almost twice as unlikely to be out in the workplace as their gay male colleagues.
